The high power switching circuits of ORCA (On-Road Chargers from Andromeda) engines have been designed using an advanced proprietary patent-pending distributed power transformer with controlled impedance techniques. This makes it possible to operate at high switching frequencies so that the size and weight of the power engines are significantly reduced.

ORCA is a compact power engine (56 x 65.5 x 30 cm, 22 x 26 x 12 inches) that can be shaped in various forms for the best fit depending on the application of the charger (in the picture it is shaped as a cube to fit in the top left side of a crossover toolbox for pickup truck).
